The meat industry is facing the challenge of becoming more energy efficient and sustainable. To support this transformation, INNOVACC and the Energy Efficient Cluster of Catalonia (CEEC) are organizing this webinar to present the Energy Transition Offices (OTE) and the Energy Savings Certificates (CAEs) system.

The session will cover:

• What the Energy Transition Offices (OTE INNOVACC and the GIDOMUS project) are, and what services they provide to companies and local administrations.

• Best practices and energy management tools, presented by Energy Tools and the Europace Foundation.

• The CAEs system, explained by ICAEN, including the roles of the different stakeholders (obligated party, delegated entity, promoter, verifier).

• The contribution of Dyneff (obligated party), a Girona-based company with strong ties to the meat industry, sharing its perspective on energy management and obligations.

• Leyton and Effic (delegated entities) will showcase successful case studies and best practices within the meat sector.

The webinar will conclude with an open Q&A session and information on upcoming initiatives and support resources for companies.
