The Clúster de l’Energia Eficient de Catalunya (CEEC) has received the approval of three projects in the Initiatives to Strengthen Competitiveness (IRC) call of ACCIÓ for 2025, Cecoop-Ebre (FTN), Enerub and Musemetrics (Line 2). The projects InOUT and Building Legacy, within the call for Innovative Business Groups (AEI) of the MINTUR, have also been approved.
AEI - Innovative Business Groups (MINTUR)
InOUT - August 2025 - July 2026 (budget 209,595.17 €) AEI 2025 (Line 3: Digital Technology Projects - Industrial Research)
- This project aims to design an advanced digital solution to improve energy efficiency and indoor environmental quality in buildings, combining outdoor, indoor and occupancy data through artificial intelligence.
- The consortium is made up of the Digital Cluster of Catalonia Association (project coordinators), Lobelia Earth, Byfacility S.L, Intelligent Chemistry S.L and the Energy Efficient Cluster of Catalonia.
- The role of the CEEC focuses on communication and knowledge transfer to the sector, in addition to its participation in project management.
Building legacy - August 2025 - July 2026 (budget 258,691.009 €) AEI 2025 (Line 3: Digital Technology Projects - Industrial Research)
- It's about an industrial research project aimed at the development and optimization of a digital platform that promotes the reuse of construction materials through Industry 4.0 technologies.
- The consortium is made up of the Advanced Materials Cluster of Catalonia, Inèdit, COMSA, Funitec, Intemic, Holon and the Energy Efficient Cluster of Catalonia.
- The participation of the CEEC is key to expanding the impact of the project in the field of sustainable building, ensuring effective and rigorous communication with impact at all levels.
IRC - Initiatives to Strengthen Competitiveness (ACCIÓ)
IRC FTN: CECOOP-EBRE - start date: September 2025 (duration 10 months) - budget 116,092.09 €
- It's a cooperative project aimed at developing a sustainable and replicable energy model through the creation of a renewable energy community within an agricultural cooperative in the Ribera d’Ebre region.
- The consortium is made up of Agrícola y Sección de Crédito La Ginesta SCCL (applicants), Ebre Renovables, Zertipower, FlixGIE and the Energy Efficient Cluster of Catalonia. External collaborators include the Catalan Association of Municipalities (ACM) and the Catalan Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives (FCAC).
- The role of the CEEC is to coordinate the project by ensuring strategic coherence, technical coordination and administrative management of the consortium, contributing its experience in collaborative energy and innovation projects.
- It's funded within the framework of the aid line for cooperative projects in nuclear transition zones - 2025 call and ACCIÓ
IRC 1: ENERURB - start date: October 2025 (duration 11 months) - total budget 99,954.56 €
- It's a cooperative project aimed at developing an automated energy analysis system for buildings at urban scale. The initiative addresses one of the main barriers to energy rehabilitation: high cost, complexity and low scalability of current energy diagnosis processes.
- The consortium is made up of ITEC (Institute of Construction Technology of Catalonia), Novaltra, PACI Global, BIS211 and the Energy Efficient Cluster of Catalonia.
- The CEEC coordinates the project by ensuring strategic coherence, technical coordination and administrative management of the consortium, contributing its experience in collaborative energy and innovation projects.
IRC 2: MUSEMETRICS - start date: October 2025 (duration 11 months) - total budget 99,155.60 €
- MuseMetrics proposes a comprehensive data-driven management platform for the museum sector, with the general objective of optimizing preventive conservation, improving visitor experience and reducing operational costs through energy efficiency.
- The project consortium is made up of ARCbcn (Armengol i Ros Consultors), Mind Analytics, Moco Museum Barcelona, Tech Tourism Cluster and the Energy Efficient Cluster of Catalonia.
- The role of the CEEC within the project is to coordinate, following the approach of providing strategic coherence and technical coordination, among others.
- It's funded within the the framework of Line 2 of aid for cooperative cluster projects –
2025 call and ACCIÓ.
