The Efficient Energy Cluster of Catalonia has established this morning in an online session the Communication and Marketing Working Group, which already has more than 30 organizations. Among the main objectives of the group is to increase the notoriety of CEEC members and become a useful tool to position the cluster as a benchmark within the sector. In the coming months, the group plans to initiate actions to maximize the visibility of its members and contribute to awareness and dissemination of the energy transition in Catalonia.
During the constitution meeting, the members have established the main lines of activity of the group as well as the short and long term objectives. Improving the positioning of the cluster itself and increasing the notoriety of the member partners are the main aspirations of the group. Even so, as it has been defined, the group will also focus on establishing synergies with other working groups of the CEEC to weave strategies for the dissemination of strategic documents; generate spaces for the business development of associates; and contribute to training in the field of corporate communication.
Once established, the group is now focusing on promoting new formulas to boost the visibility of member organizations and working with a view to the last quarter of the year in organizing a face-to-face meeting with journalists and communication professionals specialized in the energy sector. In parallel, the working group will also continue to work on the incorporation of new organizations in order to develop increasingly ambitious proposals.
Currently the working group consists of a coordination team that is responsible for supervising the fulfillment of the scheduled activities and the group's objectives, and which is made up of the executive director of Indus Ingeniería y Artquitectura, David Pedrerol, and by the communication and marketing manager of Inergy, Gemma Rodríguez. The rest of the group's members make up the WG's driving group, that is to say, all the organizations (public institutions, companies and research groups) that are members of the group and actively participate in it.
