The CEEC Communication and Marketing Working Group brought together around thirty dircoms and communication professionals in the field of energy and energy efficiency this morning for the group's first face-to-face meeting. The session, which included an initial presentation by Endesa Catalunya's dircom, Miriam Filella, served to publicise the group's objectives, forge new links between its members and draw up an activity plan for 2025.

The communications director of Endesa Catalunya, Miriam Filella, shared her experience at the head of the energy communications area, talking about the challenges and opportunities that its management entails. Fillella detailed the structure of her department and explained how the communications strategy is implemented, mentioning the methods used to generate content, or the management of relationships with key agents in the organization's communication chain. Finally, she also made reference to the organization's reputational and crisis management.

After the presentation, attendees enjoyed a coffee-networking space, which allowed them to establish new connections and exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere. This activity was highly appreciated by the participants, who highlighted the importance of being able to interact face to face after several meetings in a virtual format.

The day continued with the plenary meeting of the Working Group, during which the results of a previous survey on the needs and expectations of the members were explained. This presentation gave way to a fruitful brainstorming session to define the Activity Plan for the 2024-2025 academic year. This plan includes key actions to strengthen the visibility of the cluster and promote energy efficiency in Catalonia.

The event concluded with the intervention of the managing director of the CEEC, Francesc Ribera, who highlighted the relevance of this first face-to-face meeting, highlighting the collaborative spirit and the opportunity to work together on the future challenges of the sector.
