Primagas is looking for a Supply Chain Manager and their function will be:

Mission:
Create a fit for purpose strategy for LPG and LNG supply & logistics and manage and own the full supply chain within the business unit.
Ensure that the right items are timely available and delivered in the right quantities and ready for use, at the highest efficiency and lowest possible cost, in line with departmental objectives that are derived from the Supply Chain Strategy and plans.
Provide a world class customer experience by creating an efficient cost control structure covering the whole supply chain and closely collaborate with other functions.


Responsibilities:
• Defining and setting the strategy for logistics and supply of LNG and LPG, balancing inhouse vs outsourced services
• Managing logistics and setting up / running the demand planning department
• Gas supply: Responsible for physical and derivatives and for gas stock management.
• Sourcing: constantly looking for local and cross-border partners/opportunities based on a cost-control mindset and building a strong network for gas supply options and contracts strategy
• Digital platforms integration: following the corporate “Digital Supply Chain Strategy” of SHV Energy
• People management: developing a high-potential team (currently 3 people).
• Vendor and contract management
• SLA & KPI monitoring of all supply chain activities
• Tax management


Skills:

• University degree, preferable with a Supply chain master
• Advanced level of Spanish/English
• >5 years of relevant experience in supply chain and logistics
• Proactivity and energy
• Ambitious, self-motivated and target-driven
• Commercial acumen with the drive to achieve goals and objectives
• Leadership skills and team management experience
• Proven experience in a turnaround situation
• Enabling technology
• Process improvement and six sigma
