The Clúster de l’Energia Eficient de Catalunya presents the "Manifest for the Sustainability of the Built Environment in the Face of the Challenges of Climate Change – Challenges, Needs and Proposed Actions", an initiative developed jointly with the coordinators of the Cluster’s Sustainable Building Working Group,Jordi Pascual (IREC), Héctor Fernández (GP9 Consulting) and Ivan Capdevila (Wattega).

The CEEC’s Sustainable Building Working Group, coordinated by Jordi Pascual, Ivan Capdevila and Hèctor Fernández, is tackling the major challenges of energy retrofitting and decarbonizing the building stock. This article explores the current landscape, key barriers and future opportunities, and highlights the upcoming September 18th conference, organized in collaboration with the Real Estate Services Cluster (CSIM), which will focus on practical solutions to accelerate energy retrofitting and enhance building sustainability.
